I was reading an article about stereotypes and how we love to categorize people and put them in boxes. I realized I hadn’t seen anyone create domainer stereotypes though we all know they exist. I thought I would put together a series of posts with a specific domainer stereotype in each one. It will be short and sweet and feel free to contribute your own. If it is good, then I will publish it with a link back to your website if you wish.
Domainer Sterotype No. 1 – Reg Fee
Dear old Reg, he works hard to find all those overlooked valuable domain names. He finds gems like Spreenewyork.com, worldfuns.com, kitchenskitchens.com (you can never have too many), ammo.me (in case you run out during that shootout) , deepsea.me (underwater porn?) and transportrent.com (when you go to pay your landlord)
Obviously Reg was running out of ideas so he had to have thinkofideas.com
Then he came up with squeezeapparel.com for those who think they are one size smaller than they really are
publictube.net was perfect for those who, em, show their tubes in public?
and of course for those pretend kinky people, roleplayvault.com
Of course, my favorite LeShampooing.com
Reg knows that nothing says high class hairdresser like a name ending in ‘pooing
(all actual registrations)
You know, this was so much fun to do that if anyone wants to submit their favorite reg fee domain, I will publish the best ones. It has to be a real registration though hopefully not one of your own!
Another Domainer Stereotype to come soon. Send me your ideas and I will publish the best ones. Let me know what you think of this.

lol @ “kitchenskitchens.com”
It’s like “Dang! Someone already got the domain name that I wanted!”
Too funny.
I’ve warned domainers about regging domains while under the influence..
Apparently it’s bad enough that an entire site has been dedicated to it: http://www.reggingdrunk.com/
Trey, if one good keyword works, why not bang two of them together, it must be twice as good
Reece, that’s great. I hadn’t seen that website.
Am glad you liked the post. I didn’t know how my attempt at humor would go down
